We will get together for a Sunday morning filleting session to learn about the fish we caught, and how to filet and preserve your catch the best way. Don't let things go to waste and enjoy the process.
You'll be given a Black Magic filleting knife and a fish towel to take home, so you can continue to practise after.
Enjoy some snacks, have a drink and take all your hard work home with you too!
